Legal basis: User’s consent when contacting us via email.

Purpose: To send our newsletter and promotional communications about our products or services, even by electronic means.

Retention: Until the user revokes consent and requests to unsubscribe.

4. WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL

Purpose: To process and manage complaints submitted via any offered method (form, email, post, or in person).
Legal basis: Compliance with a legal obligation.
Retention: During complaint processing and afterwards, for the legally established periods. In any case, personal data of the whistleblower will be deleted from the system within 3 months.

5. BOOKING FORM

Purpose: To process and manage your booking, including payment guarantees, and to send commercial information, including by electronic means.
Legal basis: Booking request agreement and user’s consent when checking the marketing box.
Retention: During the booking process and, once formalized, for legally required retention periods. If commercial consent is given, data will be retained until the user unsubscribes.

If you make a reservation on behalf of someone else, you must provide that person’s personal data. In doing so, you confirm that you have informed the guest about OLALA HOMES (RGMP PROPERTIES BARCELONA, S.L.)'s data processing practices.

6. CHECK-IN FORM

Purpose: To process and manage your stay and any associated services.
Legal basis: Service provision contract.
Retention: Data will be retained during your stay and afterwards for legally required periods to cover any liabilities.

7. PROPERTY OWNER REGISTRATION FORM

Purpose: To manage your registration as a property owner and allow you to rent your home easily and freely. We may send informational communications about our services, including by electronic means.
Legal basis: User’s consent when registering as a property owner.
Retention: While the relationship lasts and, if applicable, for legally required periods. If commercial consent is given, data will be retained until the user unsubscribes.

Obligation to Provide Personal Data and Consequences of Not Doing So

Providing personal data requires a minimum age of 14 years or, where appropriate, sufficient legal capacity to contract.
